Victorson’s expertise also covers labor relations and contract negotiations, having worked for Fortune 50 companies like Comcast, Bank of America, and Eli Lilly.
Before his tenure at Customertimes, he served as Corporate Counsel at Accommodations Plus International, focusing on process optimization and handling intricate commercial transactions. He also has experience in healthcare law from his role at NYU Langone Hospitals, where he negotiated licensing agreements and maintained legal libraries for contract management.
Victorson’s legal practice includes specialties in labor and employment law, compliance, and risk management. He has a broad understanding of various legal issues, including data privacy, international trade laws, and intellectual property. His career reflects a strong focus on optimizing legal processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic counsel to businesses navigating complex legal landscapes

Joseph C. Harkins, Esq., is a licensed attorney in both New York and California and is also registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a patent attorney. He has a background in electrical engineering, which he pursued after serving in the Navy, and he has since specialized in intellectual property law. Harkins works with clients on securing and defending patents and trademarks and addresses related IP litigation matters.
